BUYER PROGRAM - Use NET Real Estate to help you buy a property listed on a multiple listing service and we give you the equivalent of 1% of the purchase price to help pay your closing costs. How do we do this?  In most MLS transactions the buyer's agent/broker receives a 2 1/2% to 3% commission from the seller.  When NET Real Estate represents you we simply apply 1% of this amount to paying your closing costs. (Should the selling agent offer less than 2-1/2% to the buyers agent we will adjust the rebate to you such that we earn at least 1-1/2% commission.)

If you prefer to look for properties yourself, we will provide you with lists of properties and maps showing their locations.  (You can actually view properties on this web site by clicking on Properties.)  You can then drive by properties yourself.  If you want to get inside particular properties give us a call and we will show them to you.  Once you have found the homes you like we will check availability, get you detailed information, and set up viewings. When you decide to make an offer on your new home we will check out the prices of both sold and listed houses to help you arrive at a fair offer price.  We then write the offer, handle the negotiations, and once an offer is accepted, we handle all of the paperwork and details through the close of escrow.  

And you get back 1%.  Not bad!!!!
