Carlos F. Gonzales

After graduating from Inglewood High School, Carlos attended Stanford University where he graduated with a masters degree in Petroleum Engineering.  He worked for a few years in Venezuela for a major oil company and then retuned to the South Bay where he has lived for over 40 years.  Carlos changed his career from working as an engineer with oil companies to working in the sales field with large computer companies.  During his professional career he was an avid investor in real estate and in 1977 he obtained his real estate broker's license and embarked on a real estate career.  Carlos has always worked as a reduced fee broker.  He helped establish a large reduced fee nationally franchised brokerage firm.   After an attempt at retirement and a stint as a wholesale loan broker Carlos started NET Real Estate in 1995 with Richard Stolz.
