Richard R. Stolz

Richard is a second generation Californian and has lived in the South Bay area for over  30 years.  He graduated from Stanford with an engineering degree and his work experience includes engineering, sales and management.   After taking early retirement from industry, he entered the mortgage business for a few years and then teamed up with Carlos to create NET Real Estate.  Richard’s work experience provides unique benefits to the team.  His engineering background allows him to technically evaluate properties so buyers have a clearer picture of what they are buying.  His sales experience allows him to effectively market a property and to handle the negotiations to reach a fair price.  His business experience provides the ability to efficiently organize the transaction and provide a clear financial analysis.   Richard is a detail man (as might be expected from an engineer) and does not like last minute surprises.   His strengths and twelve years of real estate experience make a significant contribution to the strength of the team approach of NET Real Estate.
